When I first meet with a Bride I quickly ask her when she knew that he was the one?! And without a doubt this silly grin comes across her face, the eyes light up and she takes a deep breath. The deep breath is one of my favorite parts of love. I still loose my breath when the Husband walks into a room or gives me that look. That look! “That look” is exactly what Matt was giving Allie all day and with each look Allie’s eyes got brighter and brighter. The love between Matt and Allie is a lasting love. I can tell because they not only feed off each other in laughter, but with the years in which they’ve shared life together, Matt looks at Allie like no other and Allie lights up only for Matt.
From the first meeting with Allie I knew I wanted to be their wedding photographer. We set a date for their engagement session and to my delight they chose to shoot at Downtown Disney. But before we entered the magic kingdom of sweet smelling popcorn and happy steal drum jingles, we hit up the beautiful fields of Anaheim Hills. So we were off. Here are a few of my favorites from our session.
