Gavin Flash Gordon = Love Multiplied

I’m delighted that I get to share my love and passion of capturing moments with photography. Intimate, once in a lifetime, magical moments. When my good friends Shaun and Jaime decided to welcome their new addition to the family with a home birth; they wanted this experience captured for ever. I try never to take lightly the responsibility given to me with photography.  I’m truly honored to be able to live out my passion everyday. So the planning started. Due date on the calendar with my ringer set and locked on high! Then talks of their first two births.. and how both were past their planned due date. Then it happened. Confidence set in. I thought, “sure, I will travel 9 hours to Tahoe City and cheer on the Husband in his Xterra race (stay tuned to future blog post on that!) the week before.” After all, the first two were late. Right? Wrong! What started out as a joke on twitter became reality. Lil baby Gordon came rushing into the world on Saturday morning to be the first early Gordon baby!!! But thanks to twitter, the amazing Heather Cotter, was there to save the day!!! For you facebook friends check out Gavin’s Grand Entrance for all the beautiful pics. And beware … there will be guaranteed tears of joy.
