When I was younger, as a family, we’d travel mainly by car. That meant for many rounds of listing the State license plates in alphabetical order and slug bug. Awwww slug bug! long ago is when my liking of road trips started. I’ve always been up for hitting the road verses flying or traveling by train. Not that I have anything against planes and trains. I enjoy the scenery, stopping by great landmarks, visiting the local cracker barrel. Well this past weekend the Husband and I took a road trip to Henderson NV. Why Henderson you ask? That’s where the Xterra West Cup race was taking place. Here’s a quick snap shot of the adventure.
