Steven + Cathie = Engaged!

When I first met Cathie I was just captivated by her sweet smile. She has the kinda smile that creates other smiles. Her smile for Steven is like none other! As I often do during a consultation, I watched Steven as he shares with me when he knew Cathie is the love of his life. The way he spoke of her with such grace, honor and respect. The way his hand gradely moved towards Cathie’s… I just knew. That I wanted desperately to capture their wedding day! Just being around these two brightens your day. After finding out that Cathie and I share a love for textures and bright colors the deal was sealed.

For their engagement session we headed to Steven’s home town of Cerritos. First stop the Cerritos Library. And what a beautiful library it is!! I mean if you’re ever in the area it’s a must to check out. After a stop off to pick up some Smart water the electrolytes kicked in and we high tailed it on over to Heritage Park.
